Itinerary

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by Nut Travel representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you can take some time to relax. and get ready for the fabulous trip to begin, enjoy an overnight stay in Cairo.

Meals: Breakfast.

After breakfast at the hotel, Nut Travel guide will take you to the famous Giza Plateau, where you will explore the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, and the iconic Sphinx. You will also visit the Valley Temple, which was used for the mummification of pharaohs. enjoy the pyramids for a unique perspective of these ancient wonders.

Following your pyramid visit, you will have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, you will explore the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), home to an extensive collection of artifacts, including the treasures of King Tutankhamun. After an insightful visit, you will return to your hotel. The evening is free for leisure, or you may opt for the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids or visit the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar for shopping and local experiences.  Overnight in Cairo.

Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be taken to your hotel for check-in before beginning your tour of Luxor’s East Bank. Your first stop will be Karnak Temple, one of the largest religious complexes in the world, featuring the impressive Hypostyle Hall, towering obelisks, and sacred lake.

Next, you will visit Luxor Temple, which is beautifully illuminated at night and is home to colossal statues of Ramses II and the Avenue of the Sphinxes. After the temple visits, you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to relax or optional explore Luxor’s markets. For an optional experience, you can take a sunset felucca ride on the Nile. You will then return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Luxor.

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

After breakfast, your exploration of Luxor’s West Bank will begin with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, the burial site of many pharaohs, including the famous tomb of King Tutankhamun.

You will then proceed to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a magnificent mortuary temple dedicated to one of Egypt’s most powerful female rulers. Before concluding your tour, you will stop by the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. After lunch, you will be transferred from Luxor to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will check in to your hotel and have the evening free. You will stay overnight in Aswan.

After breakfast, you will start your Aswan exploration with a visit to Philae Temple, an ancient temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, which was relocated to Agilkia Island. You will then see the Unfinished Obelisk, which remains in its original location in a granite quarry, offering insights into ancient Egyptian stone-carving techniques.

Next, you will visit the Aswan High Dam, an impressive modern engineering project that controls the Nile’s flooding and provides hydroelectric power to Egypt. After lunch, you will have some free time to explore Aswan’s markets or relax by the Nile before heading to the airport for your evening flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.

On your final day, you will enjoy breakfast at the hotel before being transferred to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time to explore more of Cairo or relax before your journey home.

Booking Policy

Embark on your dream tour with our smooth and luxurious terms. Secure your journey with an initial payment of just 25% of the total cost. For festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled either prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival. We've got all the details covered for you!

Credit Card Payments

For credit card payments, we kindly request a signed authorization letter. This letter allows us to charge your card in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please ensure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.

Refunds

In line with our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method. Please note that no-show reservations are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 6% bank fee deduction.

Accommodation

Room Rates: Prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms incur an additional charge. Hotels are selected for their quality. Prices are subject to change without notice.

1. Domestic Flights: Prices and timings are averages and may change.

2. International Flights: Competitive rates from your home country to your destination.

Responsibility

We are not liable for issues beyond our control, such as weather, wars, or changes by hotels or airlines. Extra costs due to these factors are not covered.

Tipping

Tipping is appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for good service, but it is not obligatory.

Complaints

For any issues during your tour, notify us immediately for quick resolution. If unresolved, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. If still dissatisfied after returning home, write to Customer Care Management.

Cancellation Fees - Excluding Peak Periods:

*If you need to cancel your trip with Nut Travel, the following charges will apply:

  • From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.


Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.

  • From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 25% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 75% cancellation fee of the total tour price
  • Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

Our flexible cancellation policy ensures peace of mind if the government or airlines issue a NOT TO TRAVEL warning for your destination. In such cases, we will refund your tour package payment or provide a travel credit and voucher for future use at any of our destinations. Only flight cancellation/change fees, according to airline terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees on deposits apply.

Children Policy (Sharing Parents Room)

  • Children under 2 years old: No charge.
  • Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult total package cost.
  • Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult total package cost.
  • Children 12 years old and above: Considered adults.
