Itinerary

Welcome to Cairo! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your tour manager, who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. After a smooth check-in, take some time to relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.


Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, then join your personal guide to explore the Giza Plateau. Visit the iconic Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the Sphinx and Valley Temple. After a lunch break, head to Saqqara to see the historic Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever built. Overnight in Cairo.

After breakfast, start your day at the Egyptian Museum to marvel at its fascinating artifacts. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Hanging Church in Coptic Cairo. If time allows, conclude your day with a stroll through Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s famous bazaar. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza, followed by a scenic 3-hour drive across the Western Desert to Alexandria, the jewel of the Mediterranean. Upon arrival, visit the fascinating Catacomb of Kom el-Shokafa, a unique tomb complex dating back to the 2nd century A.D. Next, marvel at Pompey’s Pillar, a towering monument erected in 297 A.D. for Emperor Diocletian. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a popular local restaurant. Afterward, see the historic Citadel of Qaitbay from the outside, built in 1480 and rumored to be constructed from stones of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria. Your day concludes with a visit to the renowned Library of Alexandria before checking into your hotel in Alexandria.

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to El Montazah Royal Gardens and Palaces, a stunning 370-acre complex established for Egypt's royal family. Next, visit the Roman Amphitheater, a beautifully preserved site from the 4th century A.D. that once accommodated over 600 spectators. End your day at the National Museum, showcasing more than 1,800 artifacts from various eras, including Pharaonic, Ptolemaic, Roman, Byzantine, and Islamic periods. Enjoy lunch at one of Alexandria's top local restaurants before heading back to Cairo.

Begin your journey in Luxor, you will be picked up from your hotel for a seamless transfer to your Nile cruise. After embarking, enjoy lunch on board before an afternoon visit to the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples on the East Bank. End the day with dinner on board, spending your first night in Luxor.

After breakfast, set off to explore Luxor’s West Bank, visiting the awe-inspiring Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch on board, the cruise sails toward Esna, crossing the lock before continuing to Edfu, where you’ll stay overnight.

Start your morning with a visit to the Horus Temple in Edfu before sailing toward Kom Ombo. After lunch, explore the unique double temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus at Kom Ombo, then sail onward to Aswan. Dinner is served on board, and you’ll arrive in Aswan for an overnight stay.

Begin your Aswan adventure with visits to the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the Philae Temples. After a day filled with historic sites, enjoy lunch and dinner on board, staying overnight in Aswan.

In the morning,  we will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo for an unforgettable day exploring the renowned sites of El Fayoum. Located about 95 km from Cairo, El Fayoum is home to remarkable natural and historical landmarks, starting with Wadi El Rayan, a protected area since 1989.

Your tour begins with a visit to the Wadi Hitan Protected Area, also known as the Valley of the Whales, approximately 90 km from Fayoum. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Wadi Hitan is celebrated for its 40-million-year-old whale fossils, offering a unique glimpse into ancient marine life.

On the way to Wadi El Rayan Waterfalls, stop at the scenic Mudawara Mountain. Then, continue to Wadi El Rayan, a stunning natural depression in Egypt’s Western Desert. This area features two lakes connected by Egypt’s only waterfalls, created in 1970 by overflow drainage from Fayoum's farmland.

Enjoy a late lunch at a quality local restaurant before your comfortable transfer back to Cairo.

In the morning,  we will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo for an unforgettable day, starting with The Citadel of Salah El-Din, or Cairo Citadel, is a historic fortress in Cairo, built in the 12th century by Salah El-Din. It features the iconic Alabaster Mosque of Muhammad Ali and offers stunning views of the city. It served as Egypt's seat of government for nearly 700 years and remains a symbol of the nation's rich heritage. Enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant, then continue to National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) in Cairo showcases the history of Egypt from prehistoric times to the present. It houses a vast collection of artifacts, including the famous Royal Mummies, and offers an immersive experience with state-of-the-art exhibits celebrating Egypt's diverse heritage. Then transfer back to your hotel in Cairo.

Booking Policy

Embark on your dream tour with our smooth and luxurious terms. Secure your journey with an initial payment of just 25% of the total cost. For festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled either prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival. We've got all the details covered for you!

Credit Card Payments

For credit card payments, we kindly request a signed authorization letter. This letter allows us to charge your card in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please ensure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.

Refunds

In line with our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method. Please note that no-show reservations are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 6% bank fee deduction.

Room Rates: Prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms incur an additional charge. Hotels are selected for their quality. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We are not liable for issues beyond our control, such as weather, wars, or changes by hotels or airlines. Extra costs due to these factors are not covered.

Complaints

For any issues during your tour, notify us immediately for quick resolution. If unresolved, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. If still dissatisfied after returning home, write to Customer Care Management.

Cancellation Fees - Excluding Peak Periods:

*If you need to cancel your trip with Nut Travel, the following charges will apply:

  • From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.

  • From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 25% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

  • Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

In such cases, we will refund your tour package payment or provide a travel credit and voucher for future use at any of our destinations. Only flight cancellation/change fees, according to airline terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees on deposits apply.

Children Policy (Sharing Parents Room)

  • Children under 2 years old: No charge.
  • Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult total package cost.
  • Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult total package cost.
  • Children 12 years old and above: Considered adults.
