Day 1 – Luxor → Watermelon Island

Arrival at Luxor Airport, meet and assist, then visit Karnak Temple Complex and Luxor Temple before check-in on your dahabiya.

Begin sailing south on the Nile, passing palm groves and riverbanks, and arrive at Watermelon Island for a welcome dinner under the stars.

Day 2 – Edfu → El Fawaza Island

After breakfast, sail toward Edfu to explore the magnificent Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. A traditional horse-drawn carriage will escort you from the riverbank to the temple gates. Continue sailing to El Fawaza Island, a hidden gem where you’ll enjoy local-style entertainment, calm river breezes, and a magical overnight surrounded by nature.

Day 3 – Bisaw Island → Gebel El-Silsila

Spend the morning sailing four peaceful hours to Bisaw Island, where a guided community visit introduces you to authentic Nile-life traditions and warm local hospitality. Afterward, continue for one hour to the stunning sandstone cliffs of Gebel El-Silsila, one of the Nile’s most sacred and least-visited archaeological sites. Day 4 – Fares Island → Kom Ombo → Balloon Island

Continue sailing to the iconic Kom Ombo Temple, dramatically perched on a bend of the river, for a guided visit through its unique double sanctuary. Day 5 – Arrival in Aswan

Booking Policy

Embark on your dream tour with our smooth and luxurious terms. Secure your journey with an initial payment of just 25% of the total cost. For festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled either prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival. We've got all the details covered for you!

Credit Card Payments

For credit card payments, we kindly request a signed authorization letter. This letter allows us to charge your card in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please ensure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.

Refunds

In line with our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method. Please note that no-show reservations are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 6% bank fee deduction.

Responsibility

We are not liable for issues beyond our control, such as weather, wars, or changes by hotels or airlines. Extra costs due to these factors are not covered.

Tipping

Tipping is appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for good service, but it is not obligatory.

Complaints

For any issues during your tour, notify us immediately for quick resolution. If unresolved, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. If still dissatisfied after returning home, write to Customer Care Management.

Cancellation Fees - Excluding Peak Periods:

*If you need to cancel your trip with Nut Travel, the following charges will apply:

From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.

Cancellation Fees for Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacations period:

From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 25% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 75% cancellation fee of the total tour price
Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

Our flexible cancellation policy ensures peace of mind if the government or airlines issue a NOT TO TRAVEL warning for your destination. In such cases, we will refund your tour package payment or provide a travel credit and voucher for future use at any of our destinations. Only flight cancellation/change fees, according to airline terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees on deposits apply.
